How do I track my order?

Tracking info will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Due to Covid-19 returns are not accepted at this time.

What is the order processing time?

Orders take 2-4 business days to process, excluding shipping. Clip Ins and Lace products have an extended processing times.

Do you provide International delivery?
Yes

What is your return policy?
Due to Covid-19 returns are not accepted at this time.
What if I used the wrong address?
Contact via email immediately. After 4 business days your order is finished processing therefore changes can no longer be made.
 What if I selected the wrong payment option?
An invoice will be sent to you via email within 72 hours.

PURCHASE POLICY

All sales made on Royalbeauteaesthetics.com are final. We do not offer returns on any items. If you have been sent an incorrect item/order we will correct it immediately. If you need to exchange an item due to the wrong item being selected on your behalf, you are responsible for all shipping and handling fees. It is mandatory that you select the correct shipping and payment option. If you do not, your order may be canceled. If you do not notice the discrepancy within 4 business days, your order can no longer be modified. It is up to you and the courier to receive your package. No products on this website or in our Royal Beaute Aesthetics location can be resold under any circumstance.  All hair care items are sent with a manual on how to use each product correctly. We withhold any liability to incorrect use of our products that may cause harm to you or others. Orders that do not have a matching state address, different billing and order name, or fictional names will be canceled immediately.

SHIPPING & PICK UP POLICY

Shipping varies for hair care and extensions. Extensions have a minimum of 2 days for processing. Extensions will arrive 5-7 business days after processing for all bundles. Kinky, Lace, and Clip In products have extended processing times of 3-7 additional business days. *Orders purchased via PayPal have a faster processing time. Hair care orders are available for pick up on Tuesdays-Saturdays. Hair care purchases are made to order within 3 business days.  All orders are shipped via UPS. Pick up orders will be sent a text to confirm a pick up time.
